Return Rules
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Glove boxes must be sealed and free of damage.
How to Return
- Contact Sales Representative within 30 days of receipt to initiate the request.
- Convey the basis for the return.
- Ship products back to our facility within 45 days of original receipt.
Returns & Credit Policy
Credit Rates
- 100% credit for errors made by HVJ.
- 85% credit for items returned within 30 days (15% restocking fee).
- No credit for items returned after 30 days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sterile products with broken seals.
- Custom-ordered medical supplies.
- Discontinued or expired nitrile gloves.
